The following guidelines were created so we can better serve our customers. They will allow us to prepare the highest quality food, along with the best possible service. Of course our ultimate goal is to accommodate our customers so we remain flexible in our approach. We welcome all comments and feed back in order to better serve you.
Group Sizes
All menu packages are priced based on groups of 10 or more.
There will be an additional charge for smaller groups.
Ordering
Orders from our regular menus must be placed by 4:00 PM to guarantee service the following day.
Last minute orders will be filled at the discretion of Management.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes on existing orders must be made by 5:00 PM for next day service. We cannot guarantee that we can always fulfill all increases in orders. We might need to make substitutions in order to satisfy the increased order.
Please give us 24 hours for all cancellations. If the order has already been completed you will be charged in full for the order.
Additional Charges
There is a Delivery charges of $ 15.00 per delivery, within Manhattan, on all orders of 30 people or less. Orders for more then 30 there is no charge.
Delivery charges outside Manhattan vary based on location.
Payment Terms and Billing
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Cash, Company Check or you can create an account with Brother Jimmy's Catering. Accounts will be billed monthly. All Brother Jimmy's Catering accounts are subject to credit approval.
Equipment
China platters, baskets, thermoses, chafing dishes and other equipment are the responsibility of the client.
